Welcome to Las Terrenas Villas
Our names are Philippe & Carlos. We have been renting fully staffed villas for more than a decade in Las Terrenas located in the Samana peninsula in the Dominican Republic.
We differentiate from other vacation rentals for these main reasons:
- We want our guests to feel better than at home. That's why our villas are fully staffed. Our trained staff will cook for you, buy and stock your grocery, clean and serve you during your stay. Our rentals are meant to be a real holiday.
- We manage our rentals. We don't delegate to rental agencies that will treat our property as a number in their catalog, with delayed repairs and often last-minute cleaning.
- We are perfectionists with high standards. Our properties are nicely designed, have loads of amenities and comforts: in perfect working conditions. When something is out of order it is fixed right away.
- We are reactive and communicative. We use the internet as a tool to be in constant contact with our guests to accommodate their requests from the moment they book until they check-out.
Our guests’ reviews speak for themselves. We have had the Super Hosts (Airbnb) and Premier Hosts (VRBO) status for multiple years.
